Ensure to wear comfortable clothing and special Pilates socks with grips on the bottoms.

Classes are 55 minutes long. Classes begin promptly at the scheduled class time.

Please cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to sign up.

Yes! As long as you have been cleared by your doctor, expecting mothers are welcome. We recommend beginner or intermediate classes, and our instructors will provide modifications. We avoid kneeling, standing on the reformer, or lying flat. Pilates is a wonderful exercise during pregnancy and postpartum!

Yes! As long as your teen has been cleared by their doctor for exercise, they are welcome and encouraged to join our classes.

Please bring water and wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move with ease. Special Pilates socks with grips on the bottom are required. You can purchase these socks at the studio. Mats and props are provided.
